Monique’s Cream cheese mashed potatoes

Monique first infuses the potatoes with flavor by boiling them in chicken broth until they reach peak tenderness. Then, she mashes them by hand until they’re super-smooth and creamy. Then comes lots of butter, half–and-half and cream cheese for a creamy goodness overload. To finish off this picture-perfect side, she allows a few golden pats of butter to melt on top.
