Start with one cup of chocolate chips

Place chocolate chips in a double boiler or a small heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Drop three tablespoons of peanut butter onto chocolate chips

Generously add three tablespoons of peanut butter to your chocolate chips and stir occasionally.

Mix together until melted completely

Continue stirring the mixture until it is smooth, creamy and completely melted. You want it to easily pour into the bottom of your baking dish.

Ooey gooey melted chocolate and peanut butter goodness

Does it get any better than this scrumptious melted chocolate and peanut butter creation?

Pour the mixture into a sprayed, parchment-lined baking dish

Spread the chocolate and peanut butter mixture out evening and place dish in freezer for 2-3 minutes until it hardens.

Add marshmallow fluff to a medium bowl

In a new bowl, add the marshmallow fluff to begin creating the creamy nougat layer of your Snickers bar.

Add peanut butter to bowl with marshmallow fluff

Separate out a 1/4 cup of the remaining peanut butter and add it to the bowl with the marshmallow fluff.

Add powdered sugar to bowl

Pour your powered sugar on top of the peanut butter and start to stir.

Mix together until it forms a creamy nougat

Completely mix together the marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and powdered sugar until your nougat is ready.

Add the nougat to the baking dish and spread it out evenly

After spreading the nougat evenly with a spoon, use your fingers to pat down mixture in the pan.

Sprinkle the dry roasted peanuts onto the top of the nougat

After you sprinkle the peanuts on top of the nougat, use your fingers to gently press the peanuts slightly into the nougat.

Pour caramel cubes into hot saucepan

Take your caramel cubes and pour them into a hot saucepan, but be ready to start stirring immediately.

Add heavy whipping cream to the caramel in the pan

While stirring the caramels, add heavy whipping cream to the pan to create the creamy caramel layer of your homemade Snickers bar.

Mix together until it is completely melted

Stir constantly, until the caramels are melted, to avoid scorching the mixture.

Pour melted caramel mixture into the baking dish

Immediately pour caramel mixture over the nougat, spreading it all over with the back of a wooden spoon. Once spread evenly, put baking dish in the fridge for five minutes or until the caramel layer is completely set.

Add remaining chocolate chips to a bowl

Melt the remaining chocolate chips in a double boiler or small heatproof bowl over boiling water.

Add remaining peanut butter to chocolate chips

Stir peanut butter and chocolate chips together until melted completely.

Pour melted chocolate chips and peanut butter into the baking pan

When the mixture is melted and smooth, spread the chocolate layer evenly over the caramel.

Spread chocolate mixture evenly in pan

After you are done spreading the mixture, stick the pan in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate layer is completely set.
