We always called them “easy truffles” because we didn’t have to dip the whole truffle in melted chocolate at the end. These truffles remind me of something my mother would have made but with a grown up bourbon twist. I, of course, opted for simply rolling them crushed pecans, but if you’re up for the challenge they would be great dipped in melted chocolate. Makes 50 truffles.
